Whatever you're carrying — a life transition, grief, a difficult stretch at work, something in your family, or a question about yourself you can't answer alone. One person at a time, at your pace.
A confidential hour that belongs to you. For anxiety, low mood, burnout, grief, relationships, self-esteem, or simply making sense of a stretch that's felt heavier than usual. Sessions run 45–60 minutes.
They say marriages are made in heaven, but the work happens here. For couples and families navigating a hard phase, a repeating argument, or a transition nobody quite prepared for.
Parental coaching built on evidence rather than opinion, and developmental support for children. Curated around your family rather than a generic parenting curriculum.
Standardised assessments that give objective information rather than guesswork — including neurodevelopmental assessments for ADHD, autism and learning differences. Begins with a 100-minute diagnostic interview.
Most people arrive unsure what they're supposed to say. That's normal, and it's our job to make the first ten minutes easy rather than yours.

Both are trained therapists, and for most of what people bring us either would serve. Where the two roles differ, and how to tell which you need, is laid out on the team page.
Read through the team and start with whoever you'd find easiest to talk to. Whoever you see will tell you honestly if you'd be better served by someone else, and we'll move you across without you having to explain yourself twice.
Rates are staggered by the seniority of the practitioner, so there's an entry point at most budgets. Our PREP therapists work at a substantially lower rate, and bundles bring the per-session cost down. If budget is the obstacle, say something when you book — we'd rather find a way.
Booking takes a couple of minutes. If you'd rather ask a question first, that's fine too.
