In the hustle of daily life it's easy to handle the tangible and the obvious. We hop from one goal to the next because society deems it valuable and lose sight of the thing holding it all together. That's YOU, and everything you're carrying. That's the part we've built a practice around.

We started as two practices rather than one. Sybella was running Thinkint; Lynnette and Puveshini were running Querencia. Both worked mostly with organisations, and we kept finding ourselves collaborating a lot until we stopped and asked why we were competing when we could be building something together.
What settled it wasn't the business case, though. It was noticing that the same person we met in a corporate workshop on Tuesday often needed somewhere to go on Thursday, and the two halves belonged under one roof.
So in 2022 we brought the two together, and re:mind was born.
To equip communities with sustainable life skills, knowledge and wisdom by helping them establish re:mindful relationships with themselves and the world around them, bridging the gap between empirically based research and real life, through methods that are engaging rather than dry.
re:mind is co-founded and run by practising clinicians, not businessmen.
